Using pesto


Tagliatelle with shrimp


  • Shrimp quickly marinated in some pesto and pan-fried
  • Dollop of pesto added to pan
  • Heat off

  • Mix in noodles
  • Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

  • Garnish with lots of grated pecorino


Mmm.
